Sakil Ahmed, Founder & CEO, brings a strategic vision and entrepreneurial spirit to GrowHub. Armed with an MBA in Marketing & Retail Management from EIILM, Kolkata, he leverages his extensive experience in the field. Previously, Sakil held leadership roles in consultancy and sales throughout the Northeast region & Regional Manager (Assam & WB) at a startup, demonstrating his proven track record in driving growth and success with digital marketing strategies and Data Analysis.
Nilotpala Sahariah, Co-founder & Director, complements Sakil's expertise with her deep understanding of environmental sustainability and social impact. Holding a Master's degree in Environmental Biology and Wildlife Sciences, Nilotpala brings her experience as a Conservation Biologist with international NGOs to the table. Additionally, her involvement with initiatives like Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and the Alternative Livelihood Mission Project (Government of India) demonstrates her commitment to community development and fostering sustainable solutions.
